Our favorite chilli ingredients

Why is it a favorite you ask? 

Kidney beans are a high source of protein, fiber, iron, manganese, vitamin B9 and Copper. Vegan meals are often assumed to lack protein,  not being a sufficient meal on their own. 

Our chilli is a great example of a full, whole food, vegan meal. We top our chili with nutritional yeast (another house favorite) and fresh local sprouts.
